We used Ruthy to help us both sell and purchase a home- and it was a great experience both times! As fairly experienced home buyers (we’ve purchased 6 properties over the past 9 years) we wondered at first if we even needed to hire a realtor, but Ruthy proved both times how valuable it is to have a knowledgeable realtor on your side.
